• Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

• Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take longer depending on courier service.

• Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout (free shipping may apply during promotions).

• Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or strikes.

2.Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Aromé Luxe, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds are eligible only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • You must raise a refund/return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened/used perfumes.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
