- Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). No Cash on Delivery.
- Orders & Shipping
- Orders will be dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.
- Returns & Refunds
- Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.
- Fragrance preferences are subjective; refunds cannot be claimed if you simply dislike a fragrance.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
